Welcome to Luca Wild ("Platform", "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Luca Wild. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Platform operates in compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 (OSA), UK GDPR, and 18 U.S.C. § 2257. We are regulated by Ofcom as a user-to-user service hosting pornographic content.

You must be 18 years of age or older to access this Platform.

In compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 (Sections 79-82), we implement highly effective age assurance measures:

• All users must complete age verification before accessing adult content
• Content creators must complete identity verification including government-issued ID
• We use age estimation technology and/or ID document verification
• Failure to verify age results in access denial

Warning: Providing false information about your age is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Permitted Content:
- Solo adult content featuring verified performers aged 18+
- Content that complies with all applicable laws

Strictly Prohibited Content (Illegal Content - OSA Section 9):
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - ZERO TOLERANCE
- Non-consensual intimate images
- Extreme pornography as defined by law
- Content depicting or promoting violence, coercion, or trafficking
- Content involving animals
- Content promoting terrorism or illegal activities
- Content featuring individuals who have not provided verified consent

Enforcement:
We employ proactive detection measures including hash-matching against known illegal content databases. Violations result in immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement and NCMEC/IWF where applicable.

What Happens:
1. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours (priority for illegal content)
2. Content may be restricted pending investigation
3. Appropriate action taken (removal, account action, law enforcement referral)
4. Reporter notified of outcome (unless legally prohibited)

We take all reports seriously and do not penalise good-faith reporters.

Process:
1. Submit appeal within 30 days of the decision
2. Provide details of the content and why you disagree
3. Human review by a different moderator within 14 days
4. Written response with reasoning
5. If unsatisfied, refer to Ofcom's online safety framework

We aim to resolve complaints fairly and transparently.

Your Content:
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

Our Content:
All Platform branding, design, and software is owned by Luca Wild. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

Copyright Infringement:
We respond to valid DMCA/Copyright notices. Contact: dmca@lucawild.xenginex.com

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Platform 'as is' without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for user-generated content

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury from negligence, fraud, or any matter where exclusion is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luca Wild, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Content you upload
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party rights

By You: You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal activity
- Extended inactivity
- At our discretion with reasonable notice

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. We retain data as required by law (2257 records, consent records).

UK Online Safety Act 2023:
We comply with all duties under the OSA including:
- Illegal content duties (Section 9)
- Children's safety duties (Section 12)
- Content reporting (Section 20)
- Complaints procedures (Section 21)
- Age verification for pornographic content (Sections 79-82)

Ofcom Enforcement:
Ofcom is the regulator for online safety. Non-compliance may result in fines up to £18 million or 10% of global revenue, whichever is greater.

2257 Compliance:
We maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for all content featuring actual performers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

For EU/EEA users: You may also bring proceedings in your country of residence and retain consumer protection rights.

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, please discontinue use and close your account.
